  • Training with Khalis has helped me get the results I wanted without any extreme dieting or obsessive exercising.

    Before signing up with Khalis I was already working out 3-4 times a week, going for group HIIT or strength classes like bodypump. However, I felt like I was in a slump, getting "fluffier" and constantly injuring myself (knee pain, etc). I was also nowhere close to my goal of being able to do 3 pull ups - I was struggling with 1.

    Khalis helped structure my workouts and more importantly looked at my health and lifestyle holistically. He tailors the workouts to my training and lifestyle needs. He taught me how to use the various gym equipments and ensures (nags lol) proper form and muscle engagement for best results and injury avoidance (which is super important to me at 41)
    Previously I was just trying to eat less. But have since learnt to look at the macros and make adjustments under his guidance.
    With that, I was able to hit my goal of 3 pull ups within 1.5 months of working out with him and now 5 months on, I just hit 10! I've also gotten leaner and stronger. (loss ~ 7% fat and gained muscle.)
